Is the online offer the price I'll get?
Yes, as long as the trolley matches what you told us. When we collect we check it powers on, drives, and that the battery, charger and extras are there. If something's different we'll tell you the revised price before anything changes hands, and you're free to say no.
How do I get paid?
Cash or bank transfer, whichever you prefer. When we collect in person we pay you there and then, before the trolley leaves your house. For courier collections we pay by bank transfer as soon as it arrives and checks out.
Why not just sell it on eBay?
You might get a bit more privately, but you'll pay to post a heavy, awkward item, deal with offers and questions, and take the risk of returns. We come to you and pay in one visit.
Do you buy trolleys without a battery?
Yes. Pick "No battery" in the quote and the offer adjusts. Batteries are the most expensive part, so the difference is noticeable.
My trolley has a fault. Can I still sell it?
Yes. Pick the fault in the quote and you'll get an instant price for it as it is. Screens, motors and batteries can all be sorted, so a fault doesn't mean it's worthless.
